Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, gift, or otherwise transfer your account or any virtual currency to another person. Account credentials may only be used by the registered account holder.
Accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months may be closed, and all associated virtual currency forfeited, without notice. "Inactive" means no login or gameplay activity.
Gold Coins are a virtual in-game currency used to play games on the Service. Gold Coins:
Game outcomes are determined by random number generation on our servers. All game results are final. We make no guarantee about how often you will win, how much you will win, or how often a particular prize segment will land on the Daily Wheel. The "House Edge" applies to all games, meaning over time the overall outcome will favor the house in expected value.
Any value you perceive in Gold Coins is purely entertainment value. Winning, losing, or accumulating any amount of Gold Coins has no real-world financial consequence to you. We are not a bank, broker, gaming operator, or money transmitter.
If a bug, error, or exploit causes Gold Coins to be incorrectly credited to your account, we reserve the right to remove the incorrect credit and, if the abuse was intentional, terminate the account. Reporting a bug you discover (instead of exploiting it) is appreciated and may be rewarded.
The Service is a social game intended for entertainment purposes only. It is not gambling.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately, including your right to access the Service and use any virtual currency. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
We may, at our discretion, delete your account data after termination. We are not obligated to retain any data after termination.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may add, remove, change, or modify games, features, virtual currency mechanics, balance amounts, the Daily Wheel, promotional offers, or anything else about the Service. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect, except where a shorter period is required by law. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We try to keep it running smoothly and bug-free, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available, that defects will be fixed quickly, or that it will be free of bugs, errors, or interruptions. We're a small team and things break sometimes.

You agree to indemnify us from any claim arising from: your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.
If something's wrong, email us at the address in Section 15 before doing anything else. Most things can be sorted out by writing to us and giving us a reasonable time to respond. We genuinely want to know when things aren't working.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're a consumer in another country (including the United States), you keep any mandatory legal protections you have under your local law — these Terms don't override those.
Any court claim arising from these Terms can be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer based elsewhere — in the US, EU, or another jurisdiction — you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence. Local consumer protection laws may give you rights and remedies that override the choice of forum stated here.
If you're an EU consumer, you can also use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We don't currently subscribe to any specific ADR scheme but we'll engage with mediators in good faith if you'd prefer that route.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

We may, at our sole discretion, restrict access to the Service from any jurisdiction at any time. Specific states with social-casino regulatory issues — most notably Washington State following Kater v. Churchill Downs — should likely be blocked at the IP level.
